Marsha Ramroop is is an award-winning inclusive culture strategist and the founder of Unheard Voice. Her passion is for driving positive change in organisations, drawing on her diverse background, which includes work at RIBA the BBC.

Marsha has invested in two photo sessions with Malcolm the Photographer. The first, in 2018, was a “studio” session with photos taken at her home. This had been rapidly organised after she was asked to speak at an event and realised that her professional pictures were in need of an update. We took photos both for her speaker's biography and social media.

In 2022, a follow up session was organised outdoors in Derby City Centre. This location was deliberately chosen to reflect Marsha’s growing interest in the linkages between the design of the built environment and inclusion. The new images have been used many times, not only on her website but also to accompany magazine articles and to promote her appearance on podcasts.

“Malcolm took quite a few shots for my new business across the hour we were together and it was hard to pick three - we've gone with these and I think they're brill.”
