David Kinsey is Head of Highways and Grounds Maintenance at Derby City Council. Known to his friends as “Mr Grit” because of his responsibilities for keeping roads clear in winter, David is also a keen amateur photographer. His headshot session led to two completely different profile pictures. One is a smartly-dressed business shot for LinkedIn – professional yet warm. The other is a more informal shot for David's photography page, posing with his favourite Sony Alpha and the long lens he uses at airshows.
